The Akrapovič Slip-On Line (Titanium) exhaust system is manufactured from high-quality titanium with components cast in Akrapovič’s own in-house foundry. Thanks to the use of lightweight materials, it significantly reduces vehicle weight while optimizing power and torque throughout the entire engine rev range.

The system is designed to perfectly follow the lines of the vehicle. The rear section features a single muffler finished with four precisely hand-crafted round carbon-fibre tailpipes, giving the BMW Z4 M40i a more distinctive and sporty appearance.

The exhaust offers multiple sound modes. At higher revs, the sporty and dynamic character of the inline six-cylinder engine is enhanced, while in Comfort mode the sound remains refined and pleasant, making it ideal for cruising with the roof down. For even greater control over the sound experience, the optional Akrapovič Sound Kit is available. Further tuning potential is offered by installing the stainless-steel Evolution Link Pipe Set, which provides additional performance gains and a more pronounced exhaust note. Please note that installing the Sound Kit or Evolution Link Pipe Set will invalidate the ECE type approval.

Note: Installation of the Slip-On system requires modification (cutting) of the original exhaust system. ECE type approval is valid only for vehicles equipped with a gasoline particulate filter (OPF/GPF) and engine type B58B30C.
