High-pressure fuel pump upgrade for 2.0T FSI EA113 engines, offering up to 175 bar, 55% larger piston surface, and compatibility with 250–600 PS; precision-machined components ensure reliability and higher fuel delivery for performance upgrades.
We use completely new Hitachi/OEM units with custom internal components. Each matched piston and sleeve set is precisely machined and ground to strict dimensional tolerances. This eliminates the need for special tools during installation, saving time and money while preserving your original fuel pump for future projects.
For 2.0T FSI EA113 engine upgrades well beyond stock performance, sufficient high-pressure fuel is required to prevent fuel starvation, especially in the mid-range. Factory fuel pumps often begin to suffer from pressure loss under these conditions. The amount of fuel a high-pressure pump can generate depends on the volume displaced by the pump’s internal piston..
This upgrade replaces the internal components responsible for fuel pressure and volume delivered to your injectors, ensuring the pump meets the demands of higher performance. Precision is critical: the final piston surface inside the pump is so finely finished that it can be damaged by bare hands. The tolerance between the piston and the new sleeve can only be measured using a machine that assesses clearances at a microscopic level using air volumes.
