High-performance internal kit for the 2.0T FSI EA113 high-pressure fuel pump, increasing pressure up to 175 bar and flow thanks to a piston 55 % larger than OEM, with a nitrided and three-stage heat-treated surface to reliably supply injectors at 250–600 HP.

Modifications of 2.0T FSI EA113 engines far beyond stock power levels require sufficient high-pressure fuel to prevent fuel starvation, especially in the midrange. In many cases, the stock high-pressure fuel pump starts to suffer from pressure loss. The amount of fuel the HPFP can generate depends on the displacement of the piston inside the pump.
This upgrade replaces the internal components responsible for fuel pressure and volume delivered to your injectors to meet higher power demands.
Due to tight tolerances, the final surface finish of the piston inside the fuel pump is so critical that it can be damaged by bare hands.
The clearance between the piston and the new sleeve, in which the piston operates, can only be measured by a machine using air volume to determine microscopic tolerances.

Warning: not compatible with Pierburg fuel pumps.
